...to take that step in gettin' braces in a few weeks before I get older and my teefus start fallin' out on their own! I made my appointment this mornin' which will be on 2/7 to begin the treatment part even though I wish it could be done even sooner so I can go on and get this ova with already. I gotta be honest when I say I'm kinda scared even though I know I'll pleased with the end results of havin' a smile that looks like ;D I'm juss tryna deal with the fact that I'll have to wear 'em for close to 2 years.   Plus I hear they kinda hurt when they're bein' put on.  |

Awwww....I will pray for you my sista! I just went to the dentist for a toothache and I have to go back. I don't know about braces, though.
Maybe we'll see a smile in one of your pictures!

^^^ Even though my teefus aren't "jacked-up" jacked up, I've neva liked to smile that much--lol. But anyhoo, thankx for your prayers 'cause I'ma definitely need 'em. But what's so crazy is that me and my lil' bro will both be goin' to the same dentist to get our braces put on around the same time--lol. I found out yesterday that his appointment to begin his treatment is two days after I begin mine, so that orthodontist is gonna have somethin' on his hands because we're both the scaredy-cat types.  |

Well, I had my appt. this afternoon and was told that as soon as my regular dentist fill 2 small cavities I have (well one of 'em isn't quite a cavity yet, but if it's not taken care of soon, it'll eventually turn into one) and pull one tooth near the back on the bottom that broke off along with my fillin' about a month ago when I was eatin' a raw carrot at work the orthodontist will get to work on puttin' my braces on which will prolly be near the end of this month.
