April 25th will mark the two-year anniversary death of anotha huge inspiration of mine, Ms. Lisa Nicole Lopes BKA Left Eye. The poem that I'm about to post was written the day after I learned about her passin' away. However, I choose to celebrate her life. As one of her biggest fans, I will neva forget the energetic spirit that she blessed all of her family, friends, and fans with.

Left Eye may have left, but she`ll never be far away
Just look up in the night sky if you don`t believe what I say
You`ll notice her as the star with the most colorful shine
Her way of letting us know that she`s still one of a kind
For there was no one like her before as well as no one after
To bring more social awareness through pain, joy, and laughter
Whether it came from her songs or her day to day living
Or showing acts of kindness through her free-hearted giving
So both young and old alike she will always inspire
To never give up on dreams but to reach even higher
Like she has done by becoming the true star she was meant to be
Now glowing eternally for the whole universe to see
