R Kelly uses the Wayans in his defense trial?

R.Kelly uses that Wayans for his defense in his trial. His attorney tried to say that his had could have been imposed on somebody else's body.

when they put marlon head on a midget it didn't really look real to me, i guess because i knew his head was being put on a midget, he can't use that as an excuse because those videos was supposedly made years ago and i don't think they had the technology to put his head on another body, he can come up with a better defense than that..lol

i downloaded it off of Limewire all you have to do is type in R Kelly Sex Tape and it's three different ones. The one with the girl dancing in it is the one they're talking about.

Shawn Wayans respond to Little Man being used as defense in the R. Kelly trial.

“I ain’t gonna get in the middle of R. Kelly’s trial,” Shawn Wayans recently told MTV News, a heavy tone of incredulity in his voice. “[But] I’m curious.”

"They put the head of Marlon Wayans on a midget and it looked real, didn’t it?” Adam asked.

“Pretty interesting,” Sean, who co-starred in the film, chuckled.

“It’s not easy. It’s very complicated and it takes several effects guys to help you plot that out,” he said, referring to the need for identical camera moves throughout several different shots for composite matches. “You’d need tons of greenscreen. It’d be very expensive — the production would [be prohibitive].”

“Can’t knock a guy for trying! He’s very creative,” Wayans laughed. “I just hope Little Man don’t get subpoenaed into court — he wouldn’t be a good alibi.”

R. Kelly Found Not Guilty On All Charges


R. Kelly’s bizarre courtroom drama came to an end today as a Cook County jury found him not guilty on all 14 counts of child pornography charges, The King of R&B was heard muttering “Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus” as the verdicts came rolling in, the Chicago Tribune reports.

The ongoing legal battle, which began in 2002 when a sex tape depicting what many thought was Kells urinating on his then 13-year-old goddaughter. Neither Kelly, the alleged victim, or her family would admit that it was any of them on the tape, and the defense provided some strange possibilities as to what could have happened, including the now famous “Little Man” defense:

[R. Kelly's attorney], in an attempt to suggest that Kelly’s head could have been superimposed onto somebody else’s body in the sex tape, asked [gal on witness stand] whether she had seen the Wayans brothers’ movie “Little Man.”

[Attorney] said, “They put the head of Marlon Wayans on a midget and it looked real, didn’t it?”

But, to widespead laughter, [gal on witness stand] replied, “Not really!” (The Sun Times)

Still, it was debate over a mole on Kelly’s back that ultimately won the three-week trial. This is Kelly’s second alleged run-in with a minor after a reported marriage to Aaliyah, with whom he wrote “Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number,” when she was 15.
